How Do I Get My Neon?
DIY Pickup from our Warehouse - 5/12 Ace Crescent Tuggerah, NSW 2261
Pickup Time's available between 10AM - 4PM Wednesday - Friday before your event.
DIY Delivered/Sent to you or your venue before your date $35 each way in NSW.
Delivered and Installed by the team at Kings Of Neon up to 70km from our warehouse - Cost $110

HOW DO I GET MY NEON BACK TO YOU?
Drop Off Between Monday-Tuesday to 5/12 Ace Crescent Tuggerah, NSW 2261. 10AM - 4PM.
DELIVER BY EXPRESS COURIER IN SAME BOX/PACKAGING AS WHEN YOU RECEIVED IT TO 5/12 ACE CRESCENT TUGGERAH - A priority paid box will be sent to you when you receive the neon for postage back.
Kings of Neon will liase with your venue to pick up the neon after your event within 3 days.
(What happens if I don’t get my neon back to you in time? - Kingsofneon will charge an extra Week’s per week it is late hire charge and you will also lose your bond of $150 to cover loss of rental)
*Please note a refundable bond will apply to every hire booking of $150. Please see T&C’s for more details.
If a Neon is broken the full cost of the Neon will be charged to you.
HOW DO I HANG IT?
Our neons are surprisingly light. They come with pre-drilled holes in the acrylic backing for easy hanging. Hang it with hooks, wire or heavy duty removable hooks. Signs are indoor only. See our FAQ page for more details.
