PRODUCTION AND DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES

Every Kings of Neon sign is custom-made to order. Production starts once your design is approved and payment is received.

STANDARD DELIVERY. Free, Australia-wide.
Typical door-to-door time: estimated 10–14 business days after design is approved (2–3 weeks).

Your sign is manufactured in our production facility, consolidated with our weekly shipment, air-freighted to Sydney, cleared through customs at our Botany, NSW warehouse, and then shipped to your door via Australia Post, StarTrack, TNT, Couriers Please, or Aramex depending on your location.

EXPRESS DELIVERY. $189 flat, Australia-wide.
Typical door-to-door time: estimated 7 business days after design is approved (1 week).

Express orders skip the weekly consolidation schedule and ship via DHL Express directly from production to your door. Ideal for event deadlines, launches, and retail fit-outs.

Tracking details are sent as soon as your order dispatches.

Production begins only after artwork approval and payment. Any changes to your design after approval will reset the timeline.

Timeframes are typical transit times. Actual delivery may vary during peak periods, courier network delays, customs processing, or circumstances outside our control.

For the fastest turnaround, choose Express at checkout, approve your artwork promptly, and confirm your delivery address is correct before payment.

INTERNATIONAL, RISK & CURRENCY

Once items leave our overseas or in-house warehouse, the risk passes to the client and Kings of Neon are not liable for lost or damaged parcels.

On international shipments, it is the responsibility of the client to pay all customs and duties in the destination country. In some instances there are no tariffs or duties payable. Please confirm with the customs service of the destination country if you are unsure about import costs. Kings of Neon are not liable for these costs or any delays in shipments caused by customs. DAP (Delivered At Place) — the end user pays duties & taxes.

All invoices are in AUD (Australian Dollars). Kings of Neon are not liable for any currency exchange costs, e.g. variations in exchange rates or fees charged by your bank or card provider.
